I am a brand new customer and extremely pleased with recent work by R&E. They really know what they theyre doing & I trust them completely. Dan is an awesome detective when it comes to zeroing in on the heart of an issue, especially in an old house like mine with complicated systems.

He clearly knows his stuff. I got a Prompt appointment when I told R&E that I had no heat & the issue was found & fixed straightaway. Had R&E not come to my rescue I couldve had frozen pipes or worse And quite possibly lost my home if the pipes had burst. Professional service, quality work. Thank you R&E.

We had an emergency situation. Owner called me right away and was able to get Dan here first thing. Local company, On time , professional, and friendly. Back up and running within the hour. Definitely recommend

Cant say enough good things! Messaged Matt on a Sunday night about a broken furnace, he had it replaced completely within days. Definitely recommend him for any HVAC needs!

Matt and his team are top notch. Had an emergency no heat from the furnace 11pm at night. I called the emergency line. He called me right back. Sent his technician out asap and got us back up and running.

This company came highly recommended from a few people so I called. The person on the phone was kind, patient and got me right into the schedule for next day service! They came to our house diagnosed the issue and fixed it within an hour. Not only does the heat work, but I didn't have to call them back 15 times like every one else. They did the job right the first time! (Not common in my experience).

They left the area cleaner than it was when they got there. It was fast affordable and quality work. I'm impressed. I recommend them highly to anyone.

HIGHLY recommend! My heating system went down, Matt helped me fill out paperwork to get my system replaced. (Was honest from the beginning on what my options were .) Everything went smooth from there, got approved and waited for the new system to come in. Everything was done fast and efficient! I couldn't be happier with the service I received! Called R & E due to an issue with my rental property boiler not working. Someone was there within an hour & fixed the issue quickly and my tenants property was back up & running! Fast, competent and dependable! Not much more you can ask for from an HVAC company. I highly recommend them!

Woke up to no heat. The thermostat died. It was a Saturday and I thought R&E would be closed but to my surprise, they answered right away. They came out to fix it quickly. Matt one of owners came to my time of need, when discovered oil tank leak. I asked him if could replace it the next day, I was elated when he said yes!

R&E Heating did an amazing job when they replaced my oil tank. I got four quotes and each of the other places wanted to demolish my wall to do the job. R&E gave me the option of using a different style oil tank that was the same capacity but had a smaller footprint. It also had a much better rating. The tank itself was more expensive, but the total quote was LESS than anyone else! Two men arrived on time and spent all day doing the job but did not have to do any demolition of my walls or a tub sink I have downstairs. It seems the other companies wanted to just tear out the wall (or remove the sink, which was another option I was given) so they could get the job done quickly and be on their way to the next job. R&E took the time to do the job right, even though it was labor intensive. They have great pride in their workmanship. The city came to look at the work and also proclaimed what a nice job they had done, so its not just me! They are very professional and took the time to ensure that everything was up to code. They pulled the permit and made sure to fulfill those requirements, which is a step a lot of companies neglect.

I called R&E to look at my AC unit. They arrived the same day, and replaced a part in minutes. Dan was great. I highly recommend R&E Heating and AC.
